FACT OR FICTION???
I received this in an email today and thought it was interesting, especially the birthday part, so I thought I would share for your entertainment!
Have fun with it! ;-)
Chinese numerology and Feng Shui for 2011 this year, we are going to experience four unusual dates: 1/1/11, 1/11/11, 11/1/11, 11/11/11, and that's not all.
Take the last two digits of the year you were born and the age you will be this year and the result will add up to 111 for everyone!!!! Go ahead & try it! Amazing!!!
This is the year of MONEY. Also, this year, October will have 5 Sundays, 5 Mondays & 5 Saturdays. This happens only once every 823 years. These particular years are known as Moneybag years.
This only happens once in 800 years!
Good Luck to you!

This was interesting.
ReplyDeleteI did the birthday thing and was a little surprise. Then I proceeded to do my fiances and it was also 111. Creepy!
Yeah, this has been going around for a bit... and most of it is nonsense.
ReplyDeleteFirst, the Chinese year is based on the moon, so they do not have anything to do with Western dates. Although I assume numerology could be used to look through our calendar.
Second - October, like any month with 31 days, usually has three weekdays which appear five times. Considering the leap years, this does not exactly happen every seven years for the Sat-Sun-Mon combination, but it's a good approximation.
As for the number games - in the year 2000, the number you got was 100, and next year it will be 112. That is not really exciting, just maths.
And no, there are no moneybag years. Really. Just saying. ^^
